📦 How do I book a delivery rider?
First login or register, then choose Business or Public mode, fill the 7-step form, and confirm. Get an Order ID instantly to track your delivery.
🤝 How can I join as a rider or business?
Click "Join Us" and fill the application form. Admin reviews within 24-48 hours. Riders get login credentials, businesses get a dedicated account manager.
🔍 How do I track my order with date & time?
Use the "Track Order" button and enter your Order ID. See live status with date and time stamps for each step: Order Placed → Rider Assigned → Picked Up → Out for Delivery → Delivered. You'll also see rider name, phone, and vehicle details.
📍 Which areas do you serve?
Currently operational in Motihari with expansion to Patna, Muzaffarpur, Gaya, and all 38 districts of Bihar soon.
🔄 Can I book another order after confirmation?
Absolutely! After confirming an order, you'll see a "Book Another Order" button. Click it to reset the form and start a new booking without leaving the page.
💰 Can admin change delivery prices?
Yes! Admin can update prices for Business Standard, Business Express, Public Standard, and Public Express from the Settings section in the admin panel. Changes reflect instantly on the booking forms.
